Responsibilities Measure, cut, fabricate, and install glass materials accurately according to construction plans and schematics Read blueprints and technical drawings to interpret specifications for window, door, and fixture installation Handle glass materials safely, including heavy lifting and precise handling of fragile components Install windows, doors, mirrors, fixtures, and trim carpentry elements with attention to detail Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, sealing (caulking), and finishing work Perform quality control measurements to ensure proper fit, alignment, and finish of installed components Complete construction estimating tasks related to materials and labor needs for projects Collaborate with team members on framing (metal stud framing), drywall installation, remodeling tasks, and fabrication processes Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols on construction sites Experience Proven construction site experience with a focus on glazing or related trades such as carpentry or handyman work Hands-on experience with window installation, glass materials handling, door hanging, fixture installation, and trim carpentry Skilled in using hand tools and power tools (e.g., drills, saws) for precise fabrication and installation tasks Join us in delivering exceptional craftsmanship on every project!
