Independence, MO Pay:
Starting at $25/hour (negotiable based on experience, quality of work, and efficiency) Richline Motorsports is looking for an experienced Window Tint Installer to join our team. If you take pride in your work, can consistently produce clean installs, and want a full-time position with a steady workload, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Install automotive window tint on a variety of vehicles. Assist with vinyl decals, graphics, and other light shop projects when tint work is caught up (approximately 90% of your time will be spent tinting). Maintain a clean, organized work area. Deliver high-quality work and treat every customer's vehicle with care. What We Provide Starting pay of $25/hour (higher pay available based on quality and efficiency) Full-time position (40 hours per week) Consistent work year-round Professional shop environment Tint plotter and cutting software All necessary installation tools and equipment Opportunity for raises based on performance Qualifications Previous automotive window tint experience required Ability to install tint with minimal defects Reliable, dependable, and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to help the team Attention to detail and pride in your craftsmanship Valid driver's license If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with competitive pay and a steady stream of work, apply today.
