In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for installing high-quality windows, siding, and gutters with precision and care. Your expertise will help enhance curb appeal, improve energy efficiency, and ensure long-lasting durability for our clients' properties. We're looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to deliver exceptional results on every project. Duties Measure, cut, and install windows, siding panels, and gutters according to project specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to accurately complete installations Read notes and proposal documents to ensure Lexington's high quality standards. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to meet project demands Seal joints with caulking and perform trim carpentry to achieve a professional finish Install fixtures, cabinets, doors, and other related components as part of remodeling projects Maintain a clean and safe construction site while adhering to safety protocols at all times Requirements Proven construction site experience with a focus on window, siding, or gutter installation Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, metal stud framing, carpentry, and fixture installation techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday Experience with glass installation, caulking, remodeling, and construction painting preferred Familiarity with fabrication processes, manufacturing standards, and handyman tasks is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of installation work Join us in delivering top-tier craftsmanship while building your career in the construction industry!
