Glazier/Glass Installer

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Glazier/Glass Installer and bring precision, craftsmanship, and energy to every project! In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and fabricating glass products and related materials across a variety of construction remodeling sites in both residential and commercial settings. With no experience required, you will be trained to help transform spaces with beautiful, functional glass solutions while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities/Training expectations Measure, cut, fabricate, repair, and install glass products, including panels, windows, doors, mirrors, showers, storefronts, and custom glass fixtures with accuracy and attention to detail Remove broken or damaged glass and prepare surfaces for installation Learn to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Transport and handle glass materials carefully to prevent damage Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate professionally with team members and customers on job sites Willingness to learn and train on new and unfamiliar tasks

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License At least 18 Years of Age Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds Strong attention to detail and precision Comfortable working with tools, ladders, and construction materials Ability to work in varying weather conditions and on active job sites Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction, carpentry, glazing, or related trades Knowledge of glass installation techniques and materials Familiarity with measuring and layout work Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes Beneficial Skills Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment used in glass installation and carpentry Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for precise project execution Familiarity with construction site safety standards and protocols Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during installation or fabrication tasks Skilled in caulking, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, fixture installation, cabinet installation, door hanging, remodeling work, and construction painting Hands-on experience in remodeling projects or handyman roles is highly valued This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build a career in the construction industry by mastering the art of glass installation while contributing to high-quality building projects.
