Glaziers Standard Schedule:
Days; Monday- Friday; must be open to overtime, evenings, and weekends.
DOE Responsibilities:
- Your daily tasks will involve the full lifecycle of glass installation, from planning to final cleanup
Preparation & Planning:
Interpret blueprints to determine specific glass dimensions, colors, and thicknessFabrication:
Measure, mark, and cut glass or anti-glare film to exact specifications both in the workshop and on-siteSite Operations:
Load, transport, and unload materials; remove broken glass; and fabricate moldings for new installationsInstallation:
Operate hoists or cranes with suction cups to safely position heavy glass unitsQuality Control:
Ensure the job area is clean and the client is fully satisfied before project completion- Provide general supervision and guidance to entry-level employees
- Communicate clearly with team members to explain and interpret project information
- Use independent judgment to select the best solutions for complex tasks Working hours:

1-4 yearsQualifications:
- A minimum of 3+ years working as a professional glazier or commercial glazier
Certification:
A valid glazier certification from the National Glass Association (NGA)- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated expertise in glass handling and installation procedures
- A professional appearance and the ability to maintain a calm, effective demeanor in stressful situations
- Must have a valid driver's license
- This position is physically taxing and involves working on active construction sites in all weather conditions
- Must be comfortable and safe working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or man lifts
