About Us We are seeking a skilled and experienced Window Glazier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing, repairing, replacing, and sealing commercial and residential glass systems. This position requires strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Install, replace, and repair windows, glass doors, storefront systems, and other glazing products. Measure, cut, fit, and secure glass and related materials. Remove damaged glass and prepare surfaces for installation. Apply sealants, gaskets, and weatherproofing materials. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders. Operate glazing tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure all work meets quality standards and local building codes. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of glazing experience preferred. Knowledge of commercial and residential glazing systems. Ability to read tape measures and construction drawings accurately. Experience with storefront, curtain wall, insulated glass (IGs), and door hardware is a plus. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work at heights when required. OSHA certification is a plus.
