Build a Career with Albuquerque's Premier Glass & Window Company For over 50 years , Mobile Screen & Glass has been Albuquerque's trusted name for residential and commercial glass, windows, screens, patio doors, storefronts, and frameless shower doors. We're growing and looking for an experienced Window Installer who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and outstanding customer service. Position Summary As a Window Installer, you'll install and replace residential and commercial windows while ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional workmanship. You'll work directly with homeowners, contractors, and businesses while representing one of New Mexico's most respected companies. Responsibilities Install replacement and new construction windows Remove existing windows without damaging surrounding finishes Install vinyl, aluminum, fiberglass, and wood windows Perform glass replacements and insulated glass (IG) unit installations Install patio doors and sliding glass doors Ensure windows are level, square, weatherproof, and operating properly Apply sealants, flashing, trim, and finish work Troubleshoot installation challenges in the field Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding job progress Document completed work through company software Follow all OSHA and company safety standards Maintain company vehicle and tools Qualifications 2+ years of professional window installation experience ONLY Experience with residential replacement windows required Experience with new construction windows is a plus Ability to safely lift 75+ pounds Comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding Strong measuring and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a major plus: Patio door installation Glass replacement Insulated Glass (IG) replacement Frameless shower doors Storefront glazing Commercial glass Screen repair Hardware replacement Door rollers and track repairs What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Company vehicle Health benefits Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Stable, year-round work Modern dispatch and scheduling systems Supportive team environment Opportunities for advancement At Mobile Screen & Glass, we don't just install windows—we solve problems for our customers.
