Help with the setup of ladders and scaffolding to reach high or difficult-to-access window locations. Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing materials, and ensuring all safety measures are followed during installations. Assist with the removal of old window coverings and prepare surfaces for new installations. Maintain a clean work environment and report any issues or hazards promptly to supervisors. Punctual Skills Basic proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and ladders for precise measurements and safe use. Ready to learn, no experience is nessessary Familiarity with construction site safety practices and procedures. Experience or knowledge in construction-related fields such as carpentry, drywall installation, or remodeling is a plus. Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients during installations. Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while adhering to project timelines.
