Pay:

Pay will be determined based on construction experience. Window and door experience is a plus.

Independent Contractor Qualifications:

Previous construction experience preferred (1+ years ideal) Window and door installation experience is a strong plus Ability to use basic hand and power tools Physically able to lift 50-100 lbs and work on ladders Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Professional appearance and attitude Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers respectfully Punctual and dependable

Responsibilities:

Assist lead installers with residential window and door installations Load/unload materials and maintain job site cleanliness Follow safety procedures and company standards Help with prep work, removal, and installation processes

Additional Details:
