ASAP About the Role We're a growing shower door installation company in the Las Vegas area looking for a reliable, hands-on Install Assistant to join our crew. You'll work alongside our lead installer on residential and light commercial jobs — measuring, prepping, hauling glass, and helping install frameless and framed shower enclosures, mirrors, and related glass products. This is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade, work outdoors and in customers' homes, and grow into a lead installer role. What You'll Do Assist the lead installer with loading, transporting, and safely handling glass panels and shower door components Help with on-site measurements and job prep (removing old doors/tracks, cleaning surfaces, protecting floors and fixtures) Assist in installing frameless, semi-frameless, and framed shower doors, enclosures, and mirrors Use hand and power tools (drills, levels, silicone guns, etc.) under guidance Keep the truck and job site organized, clean, and stocked with materials Communicate professionally and courteously with homeowners and property managers Follow all safety procedures when handling glass and working in occupied homes Support scheduling by showing up on time and completing jobs efficiently What We're Looking For Physically able to lift/carry heavy glass panels (50+ lbs) and stand/kneel for extended periods Valid driver's license with a clean-ish driving record (you may drive company vehicles) Reliable transportation and ability to arrive on time daily Comfortable working in customers' homes with professionalism and respect for their property Basic mechanical aptitude — comfortable using hand tools; willingness to learn Prior experience in construction, glass, handyman work, or a related trade is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person Must be able to pass a background check Why Join Us Learn a specialized, in-demand trade with real career growth potential Consistent local work — no long-distance travel Supportive, small-crew environment where you're not just a number Opportunity to advance to Lead Installer with pay increases as you gain skill PTO / tools provided / weekly pay / performance bonuses How to Apply Send your resume (or a short message about your work experience) to info@lvshowerdoorpros.com to set up an interview.
