In this role, you will be responsible for professionally applying window tint films to a variety of vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish that enhances vehicle appearance, privacy, and UV protection. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and precision in every installation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in automotive customization and repair within a fast-paced, energetic environment. Duties Prepare vehicles by cleaning windows thoroughly and removing existing tint or debris as needed Measure and cut window tint films accurately to fit different vehicle models and window sizes Apply window tint films smoothly using specialized tools, ensuring bubble-free, even coverage Inspect completed installations for quality, adherence to safety standards, and customer specifications Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as minor auto body repairs or glass installations when required Operate power tools and hand tools safely to facilitate precise tint application and vehicle servicing Maintain a clean workspace, organize tools and materials, and adhere to safety protocols at all times Skills Prior dealership experience or automotive service background preferred Knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) and auto glass installation techniques Skilled in window tinting, auto body repair, and vehicle detailing processes Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling large or bulky materials Familiarity with auto estimating software and basic automotive repair procedures Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills Join our team if you're passionate about automotive customization, eager to learn new skills, and committed to delivering top-tier service.
