Art & Window Treatment Installer

Job Summary DesignBar Logistics provides high-end, detail-focused installation services for artwork, wall décor, and custom window treatments. Serving the Reno-Tahoe region, we work in residential and commercial environments where precision, cleanliness, and professionalism are essential. Our team is known for craftsmanship, efficiency, and delivering a clean, polished final product. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented installer who takes pride in clean, precise work. This role involves installing artwork, mirrors, and a wide range of window treatments including blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery systems. If you're the kind of person who notices when something is even slightly off-level, you'll do well here. Responsibilities Install artwork, mirrors, and wall décor securely and accurately Measure and install blinds, shades, shutters, curtain rods, and drapery systems Work with various wall types (drywall, plaster, wood, masonry) Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Ensure all installations are level, aligned, and visually clean Take all necessary precautions to protect client property , including floors, walls, furniture, and surrounding areas during installation Use drop cloths, coverings, and proper handling techniques to prevent damage Troubleshoot and adjust installations on-site as needed Maintain a clean, organized job site and leave the space in excellent condition Communicate professionally with clients, designers, and team members Safely transport and handle materials Experience Experience in installation, carpentry, or similar hands-on field preferred Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Ability to lift 50+ lbs (team lift when required) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Professional attitude and strong work ethic Preferred (Not Required) Experience with motorized shades or smart home integrations Finish carpentry skills (trim work, precise cuts, clean installs) are a strong plus Additional finish carpentry experience such as crown molding, casing, or built-ins is highly valued Basic electrical knowledge for powered window treatments DesignBar Logistics is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
