You will apply paint protection film (PPF) and window tint to vehicles, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. This paid position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience who wants to further their skills in a fast-paced shop. Duties Measure, cut, and install PPF to protect vehicle surfaces Apply window tint with even coverage and proper heat-rejection techniques Prepare surfaces (cleaning, light sanding or buffing) for proper adhesion Use squeegees, heat guns, cutting tools, and other hand/power tools to achieve professional results Perform quality checks on completed installations Assist with detailing, basic auto body tasks, and vehicle maintenance as needed Follow safety protocols when handling adhesives, chemicals, and tools Experience We are looking for somebody with experience in PPF and/or window tint installation Dealership or automotive customization background preferred but not required Experience with basic auto body, painting, or restoration is a plus Comfortable using hand and power tools, buffing machines, and similar equipment Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy items safely Customer-service skills and familiarity with auto estimating are beneficial Join our team if you have hands-on experience and a passion for automotive craftsmanship—we value energetic people who deliver high-quality results.
