The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and installation, although we will consider inexperienced candidates, pay based on experience. This role involves working on various residential projects, ensuring that windows are installed accurately and efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Drivers License and transportation to warehouse required. Will be supplied with most big tools, however it is preferred that the candidate has their own hand tools. (Drill, hammer, ect.) Responsibilities Install windows in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local building codes. Utilize hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and securing window frames. Perform heavy lifting as needed to transport materials. Ensure proper caulking and sealing of windows to prevent air and water leaks. Collaborate with team members on construction site tasks, ensuring timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns during the installation process. Qualifications Strong knowledge of construction Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to window installation. Experience with carpentry, trim carpentry, and door hanging is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions. Previous maintenance person experience or remodeling background is a plus.
