Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Installer to join our field team. You will be responsible for the daily set-up of the crew, complete all safety documents such as: Pre-Task, Toolbox Talk, etc., Track the on-site installation of glass and metal systems, including railings, canopies, wall/office partitions, elevator boxes and any other custom features that are presented to us. This role requires precision, professionalism, and a strong work ethic as well as strong knowledge of how to work with different types of materials such as brass, stainless and others.

Key Responsibilities:

Install glass panels, aluminum/steel framing, decorative metalwork, and related components according to specifications and drawings Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders Ensure proper alignment, secure attachment, and clean finishes Usage of proper hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment safely and efficiently Work collaboratively with fabrication teams, project managers, and other trades on-site Maintain a clean and safe work environment Represent the company with professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in glass, metal, or related construction installation preferred Ability to read and understand construction drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or lifts Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

OSHA 30 + SST

40 or 62 4hr Scaffold Scissor and Boom lift DOB Welding License a plus Tracking record of competence Willing to work flexible hours when needed Knowledge of basic computer skills Why Work With Us?
