You're a fit if: Early starts, heavy lifts, and long days don't rattle you — that's just the job You own the work: tape measure to final seal, no handholding You solve field problems instead of calling them in You take pride in a clean install — tight seal, no shortcuts Get it done mentality a MUST What you get: $20-$30/hr DOE — top of range for the right person Weekly pay Company vehicle and all equipment provided Real path to lead — small crew, your work is visible 3-5 years of construction or glazing experience preferred.
