We design, manufacture, and install a full line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. We are looking for motivated, organized, and dependable individuals who take pride in their work and are passionate about delivering high-quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. Position Overview We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to fill the role of Installer. In this position, you will assist with the installation of custom storage solutions in customers' homes, ensuring each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on role with a clear path for growth into a Lead position. What You Will Do Assist with the installation of custom closets, cabinets, and storage systems in customer homes Follow drawings and instructions to properly set up and install products Use hand and power tools safely and effectively (training provided) Measure, cut, and fit materials under the guidance of a lead installer Mount shelving, level components, and ensure a clean, finished look Maintain a clean and organized job site during and after each installation Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers Operate company vehicles and equipment in a safe manner What We Are Looking For Customer-focused, friendly, and professional attitude Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to safely operate company vehicles Strong communication and organization skills Willingness to learn and take direction Installation or carpentry experience is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive pay including base plus bonuses Clear career path to Lead Installer with increased pay Paid training and ongoing professional development Paid holidays and paid time off Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional overtime and infrequent weekend work based on project needs Health and retirement benefits Company-provided tools and equipment Open door policy and supportive team environment Our Core Values Be a Pro
