BCI - II. WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE. RESPONSIBILITIES

Installs window shades, verticals, blinds, shutters and other window coverings as per the work orders and the instructions of the Install Manager in a timely and professional manner. Completes services calls for repairs, measurements, etc. in a timely and professional manner. Work in shop manufacturing window shades, blinds, etc. as requested. Task and Duties Clock in at appointed time and confers with Installation Manager for work schedule Picks materials according to work order and loads truck Gathers appropriate company provided tools, ie. Ladder Drives company provided vehicle safely to the job sites Arrives at job site, confers with customer or representative, sets up job Installs window coverings or completes service call as required by the work order Clean work area prior to leaving job Collect payment or attain signature on work order as applicable Disposes trash from days work at CWS' dumpster Cleans and maintains assigned work truck / van Submit mileage and expense voucher Other duties as assigned by the Installation Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education Required:

High School diploma or GED- general knowledge of hand and power tools

Preferred:

Trade School Licensing / Registration /

Certification Required:

Valid Drivers License w/ good driving record

Preferred:

Valid Drivers License w/ good driving record

Experience Required:

Good previous work history. At least 2 years in construction trades.

Preferred:

2 years experience as a window coverings installer

Required:

Work off ladders, scissor and boom lifts as well as scaffolding is required. You cannot be afraid of heights

Required:

You must be dependable, reliable and hard working.

Preferred:

OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 are required, but successful candidate will be certified if they are not already.

Preferred:

CPR/AED Certification and First Aid.

Testing Required:

You must be able to clear

BCI, FBI & FAA

Background Check Required:

You must be able to pass an employment drug test and pass random drug tests throughout your employment.

Skills / Knowledge

/ Abilities Good knowledge of hand and power tools; understand the mechanics of installing the various window covering products; able to work quickly and efficiently Physical Requirements Able to work 8 to 10 hours per day installing window coverings; able to drive a company provided truck; able to lift 75 lbs; able to work at height

Mental Requirements Mathematics:

Able to read a tape measure; and follow instructions on measurements

Language:

Able to speak and read in English; able to communicate effectively with customers and their representatives

Reasoning:

Able to communicate effectively with customers and their representatives; able to resolve installation challenges on one's own; able to openly communicate problems with Install & Production Manager. Work Conditions Able to drive in all weather conditions, including rain and snow
