MergeIn Pros is hiring experienced roofing, siding, and window installation crew leads for residential projects throughout Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.

Pay:

$25-$35 per hour, depending on experience, installation skills, and ability to lead a crew.

Job types:

Part-time and contract. Work takes place at project sites. What you will do Perform roofing installation, tear-offs, repairs, siding installation, and replacement window installation within your areas of expertise. Complete flashing, sealing, waterproofing, and related exterior finishing work with attention to quality. Organize daily jobsite tasks, guide installers, and help keep projects on schedule. Follow the project scope, communicate progress and issues, and maintain a clean, safe jobsite. What we need Proven hands-on experience in roofing, siding, and/or window installation. Tell us which trades you can perform independently. Experience leading a construction crew and the ability to produce quality work without constant supervision. Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Safe use of tools, ladders, roof access equipment, and appropriate protective equipment. Dependability, clear communication, and pride in workmanship. When applying, describe your trade experience, the size of crews you have led, and your transportation availability.
