  • Inspect pre-installed product for any malfunctions
  • Handle products safely while transporting them to the customer destination
  • Install products using recommended tools and techniques
  • Conduct final post-installation inspections for proper operation and damage
  • Demo Hunter Douglas products for customers, showing expertise in communicating information about the products and their operation
  • Keep up to date regarding new product and technical specifications through continual product training Our customer service is the reason for our success and therefore should be personable, self-confident, customer-focused and have solid computer skills.
Successful candidates will be problem solvers who are dependable and effective communicators. We provide paid training; experience is not necessary. However, experience in home automation, light carpentry or other construction-related positions can be helpful.
  • Technical aptitude, strong work ethic, and stable work history
  • A customer-oriented approach with good communication skills
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team A valid driver's license is required.
Background check will include a driving record review. Installers must be able to handle fast-paced, physical activity (lifting, climbing, loading and unloading), and be able to climb a ladder several feet high. We offer starting pay of $18-$25/hour based on expertise and experience. Van and tools are provided. Training schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Schedule is flexible after initial training period.
