We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skilled remodeling or construction professional who can independently diagnose and resolve service and warranty issues while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair warranty/service issues involving windows, doors, baths, and showers Troubleshoot air/water infiltration, leaks, seal failures, operational issues, and installation concerns Perform window and door adjustments, repairs, capping, caulking, and trim work Complete minor carpentry, drywall, painting, and plumbing repairs Perform accurate onsite measurements and inspections Maintain a clean, professional work environment in customers' homes Provide outstanding customer service and clearly communicate repair solutions Qualifications 5+ years of remodeling, construction, installation, or service experience preferred Strong experience with windows, doors, baths, and showers Proficient with window/door capping, caulking, trim work, and basic carpentry Knowledge of minor plumbing and bathroom repairs Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage service calls Valid driver's license and ability to lift medium/heavy materials What We Offer $30-$35/hour based on experience Company vehicle & tools Paid training Medical, dental & vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off & holidays Employee discount Opportunities for growth and advancement
