If you have 2+ years of residential window installation, window repair, warranty service, or replacement window experience , this is an excellent opportunity to use your skills with one of the Midwest's leading home improvement companies. Your Primary Responsibilities As our Residential Service Technician , you'll be the face of HANSONS, helping homeowners protect their investment by delivering outstanding service. Primary Focus ✔ Complete lifetime warranty service appointments ✔ Perform window repair and other residential service calls ✔ Troubleshoot operational issues with replacement windows and other HANSONS' products ✔ Replace window sashes, balances, locks, tilt latches, weatherstripping, screens, and hardware ✔ Perform minor adjustments, caulking, glass adjustments, and warranty repairs ✔ Provide exceptional customer service while working in homeowners' homes Secondary Responsibilities ✔ Perform measure confirmations for replacement windows ✔ Verify measurements for bath remodels and other residential home improvement products ✔ Confirm openings, product specifications, and installation readiness ✔ Document measurements, photos, and service notes using a company-issued iPad ✔ Communicate with Operations and Installation teams to ensure projects are ready for production What We're Looking For Required ✔ 2+ years of experience as a Window Service Technician, Window Installer, Residential Service Technician, Warranty Technician, Field Technician, or Window Repair Technician ✔ Experience with replacement windows, residential windows, window installation, or warranty service ✔ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills ✔ Excellent measuring accuracy and attention to detail ✔ Professional customer service skills ✔ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Why Join HANSONS?
