Window World is seeking a motivated, dependable, and skilled Gutter Installation & Service Technician to join our team at our Boardman location. As part of the Moran family of businesses and our trusted network of Window World locations, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional exterior remodeling experiences for our customers. This is a full-time, hourly position with compensation based on experience. Why You'll Love Working With Us Competitive biweekly pay 401(k) Retirement Plan Major Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Supplemental Insurance Options Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Employee Discounts Supportive, Family-Oriented Culture Ongoing Training and Professional Development Opportunities Key Responsibilities Professionally install 5\" and 6\" aluminum gutter systems and gutter protection products Perform gutter service, repair, and maintenance work as needed Follow Window World's installation standards, procedures, and safety guidelines Travel in Window World vehicles throughout the assigned service area to complete installations and service calls Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all job sites Communicate effectively with customers, installers, and office staff Ensure all work is completed with a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail Stay current on product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices Qualifications Previous gutter installation experience is required Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship Knowledge of general construction methods and installation techniques Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday Comfortable working at heights, including climbing ladders up to 40 feet and walking on roofs Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a box truck safely Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (including marijuana) Professional attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills Dedication to customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean job site Join Our Team At Window World, we believe our employees are the foundation of our success.
