We're looking for someone who takes pride in clean, professional work and can provide our customers with a great experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Install automotive window tint on cars, trucks, and SUVs Install full windshields, side windows, rear windows, and windshield brows Properly prep and clean glass before installation Remove old window tint when needed Hand-cut and/or use a plotter to cut film Inspect completed work for contamination, creases, bubbles, light gaps, or other imperfections Keep the tint area, tools, and equipment clean and organized Protect customer vehicles while performing installations Communicate with customers and team members professionally Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards What We're Looking For Automotive window tint installation experience preferred Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working on a variety of vehicles Takes pride in producing clean, consistent installations Willing to learn and improve Valid driver's license preferred What We Offer Consistent work in an established automotive detailing and tint shop Professional shop environment Quality window film and equipment Opportunity to grow with the company Employee discounts Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider someone with the right work ethic and willingness to learn.
