Responsibilities Measure and assess job sites to determine the scope of siding and window installation projects Prepare surfaces by cleaning, framing, and ensuring proper alignment for seamless installation Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and install siding panels and window units accurately Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to follow project specifications precisely Install various types of siding materials including vinyl, fiber cement, or metal siding with attention to detail Mount windows securely while ensuring proper caulking, sealing, and insulation for energy efficiency Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols Conduct quality checks throughout the process to ensure installations meet industry standards and client expectations Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects involving trim carpentry, fixture installation, cabinet hanging, or metal stud framing Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, glass installation, and fabrication techniques Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, chisels, screwdrivers; power tools including drills, saws, grinders; and metal stud framing equipment Strong background in construction site experience with knowledge of schematics and construction drawings Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during material handling Skilled in caulking, trim carpentry, door hanging, fixture installation, cabinet setup, remodeling projects, and construction painting Familiarity with handyman tasks such as drywall repair or metal framing enhances versatility Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure precise installations Valid experience in working with construction schematics and technical instructions for complex projects Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your expertise to high-quality siding and window installations.
