Tulsa Shade Co. is hiring Lead Installers to run 2-man crews installing motorized patio screens and shade systems. We are growing quickly and adding multiple crews. Position Overview Lead a 2-man installation crew Install motorized screens, fixed panels, and related systems Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining clean, high-quality work Typical production target: 4+ openings per day Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Overtime available Optional Saturdays for additional hours Compensation $25+/hour based on experience Overtime opportunities available What We Provide Company vehicle (for work use only, not take-home) All tools and materials Consistent, full-time work Requirements Carpentry or installation experience Ability to lead and manage a helper Valid driver's license Clean driving record Must pass background check Dependable and able to show up ready to work Preferred Experience Garage door installation Window or shade installation General construction
