Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Automotive Window Tint and a Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for professionally installing window tinting or PPF on a variety of vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish that enhances vehicle appearance and protection. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity for skilled automotive technicians who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in their craftsmanship. Responsibilities Precisely measure, cut, and install window tint films or PPF on different vehicle models, ensuring perfect fitment and adherence Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to guarantee optimal installation conditions Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the installation process Inspect vehicles for existing damages or mechanical issues that may affect the installation process Follow manufacturer specifications and industry best practices to ensure high-quality results Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper disposal of waste materials Communicate clearly with customers regarding service procedures, timelines, and aftercare instructions Skills Proven experience in automotive window tinting or PPF installation. Dealership experience or background working with high-end vehicles is highly desirable Some knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) to ensure installations do not interfere with vehicle sensors or safety features Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and auto estimating software efficiently Physical strength for heavy lifting and working in various positions for extended periods Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction Automotive repair or mechanic experience is a plus to understand vehicle intricacies thoroughly Join us if you're passionate about automotive customization, excel at precision work, and want to be part of a team dedicated to excellence!
