In this temp-to-perm role you will earn $36.00-$38.00 an hour DOE, enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits, and a full-time schedule. This position is located in the Salem, Oregon and surrounding areas. Responsibilities:

Lead installation crews on job sites Retrofit windows and doors according to company standards Follow specifications - Leaving the nail fin in place, sealing around edging, and installing metal flashing. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule Train and mentor team members Communicate professionally with customers and project managers Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years old or older with valid Right to Work documentation In the U.S. 5+years of proven experience in window installation Leadership or crew management experience preferred Strong knowledge of installation techniques and industry best practices Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodations
