Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and dedicated Shower Glass Installer to join our team as a subcontractor. The ideal candidate takes pride in their workmanship, pays close attention to detail, and can complete shower glass installations safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. Responsibilities Read and interpret technical drawings to accurately execute shower door and glass enclosure installations. Accurately measure shower openings and spaces to ensure proper fit and alignment of shower doors and glass panels. Load materials, glass, hardware, and tools needed for scheduled jobs. Inspect completed installations to ensure proper fit, alignment, and operation. Maintain a clean and professional work area. Qualifications Previous experience installing shower doors is required. Strong knowledge of construction site safety protocols and proper handling of heavy or fragile materials such as glass. Must have your own basic installation tools. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot installation issues efficiently. Compensation 15% of the total sale price of all units installed. Compensation is based on completed installation jobs. Use of company vehicle is negotiable.
