Job Description
Budget Blinds of Greater Philadelphia & NJ brings the showroom to you, accurately measures your windows, and installs your blinds, shades, shutters, and much more. We are looking for a Window Treatment Installer with a positive, friendly attitude and good judgement that is willing to work hard and be part of a company team.

Perform in-home measurements and installations of our custom window treatment products Ability to learn motorization installation and programming techniques with complex motorized products Leave a positive and lasting impression with our customers throughout each measure and install appointment Provide our customers with an exemplary experience through demonstrating how to use the product before leaving the job site Communicate and partner regularly with the Sales & Leadership teams while in the field and on-site Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective solutions to challenges and obstacles pertaining to the measurement and installation of window treatmentsREQUIREMENTS
High School degree or equivalent A minimum of 1 year of window treatment installation (blinds, shades, shutters, or drapery) OR minimum of 3 years of experience in carpentry, custom installation or a skilled trade required A minimum 3 years of experience with the use of a common hand and power tools such as power drill, impact driver and levels Experience with multiple types of fasteners, anchors, and drill bits Proven ability and experience accurately measuring within 1/16" with manual and laser measurers Significant customer service and in-home service experience Strong spoken and written communications skills Punctual, reliable and possesses a great work ethic and the highest level of integrity Active driver's license and insurable Ability to lift a minimum of 55 pounds Ability to climb up and down ladders up to 26ft in heightJob Type:
