Duties Measure, cut, and install siding materials such as vinyl, metal, or stucco according to project specifications and blueprints Install windows securely, ensuring proper sealing and insulation for optimal energy efficiency Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans to execute precise installations Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely to complete projects efficiently Follow all construction safety regulations including the use of safety harnesses and proper ladder use techniques Perform minor repairs on roofing systems such as single-ply membrane roofing or metal roofing when required Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining high quality standards Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on siding installation and window fitting Knowledge of construction estimating and reading blueprints or schematics accurately Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations including the use of safety harnesses and ladder safety procedures Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, roofing repair techniques, drywall finishing, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry work, welding, tile laying, and fabrication processes Experience interpreting technical drawings and schematics related to building exteriors or roofing systems Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols including scaffolding setup and fall protection measures Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs Valid driver's license preferred for transportation between job sites Join us in delivering exceptional craftsmanship while building a rewarding career!
