Lead Glazier — Frameless Shower Doors & Custom Glass Top Pro Glass LLC — Malvern, PA $30-$40 per hour + signing bonus | Full-time Become the Highest-Paid Residential Glazier in the Region Top Pro Glass is a growing specialty glass company serving Chester County and the greater Philadelphia suburbs. Since 2013, we've built our reputation on frameless shower doors, custom mirrors, and glass partitions for high-end residential clients. We're looking for a Lead Glazier who takes pride in flawless installs and wants to be paid like the best in the business. What We Offer $30-$40/hour based on experience, with scheduled pay reviews in your first months Signing bonus , paid in installments over your first 6 months Health insurance Dental insurance 3% retirement contribution Your own company van for glaziers with 15+ years of experience Relocation assistance available for the right candidate Performance bonus system that rewards consistency Steady, year-round work in affluent Main Line and Philadelphia suburb markets — no chasing commercial bid work What You'll Do Lead installations of frameless shower enclosures, custom mirrors, and glass partitions in high-end homes Measure and template custom glass orders with precision (fractions matter here) Run your job site: manage quality, safety, and customer experience from arrival to walkthrough Mentor and train glaziers on your crew Communicate with our office team through HouseCall Pro to keep jobs on schedule Represent Top Pro Glass professionally in customers' homes What We're Looking For 5+ years of glazing experience, with hands-on frameless shower door installation strongly preferred Expert-level measuring and templating skills — comfortable working in 1/16" increments Experience leading a crew or ready to step into a lead role Clean, careful workmanship in occupied homes Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift and maneuver heavy glass safely with a partner Experienced Carpenter? If you're a finish carpenter or skilled tradesperson with excellent measuring skills and an eye for detail, our fast-track training program can have you installing our main product lines in 4-6 months — while getting paid to learn. Precision trades translate well to glazing, and we'll teach you the rest.
