Job Description
Window Tint Installer Job Overview The Window Tint installer is responsible for providing customers with the best experience possible when it comes to tinting their vehicle. This position is for an experienced tint installer, comfortable with installing tint film on any type of vehicle, with patterns or hand cut. The lead installer also interacts with customers on a daily basis to help ensure we are providing exactly what our customer is looking for. Responsibilities and Duties Install tint to a very high standard form start to finish Provide a 5 star experience to our tint customers Competencies A thorough understanding of prepping a vehicle for tint An understanding of how to use a plotter and cutting software The ability to install tint pre cut kits The ability to install "hand cut" tint and hand cut correctly An understanding of customer service Communication skills to the customer as well as other employees An extreme attention to detail The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and still produce excellent work Education and experience required No formal education is required, although a bachelor's degree or greater is preferred. 2 years tint installation experience Career Growth Benefits The opportunity for store manager and regional manager positions Occasional travel between store locations if desired Physical Requirements Ability to install tint film all day Ability to travel, often with short notice Ability to work in excess of 40 hours per week, often 50.
