Starting at $16/hr + commission on in-home sales (or: "Paid internship, $14/hr" — see note below) About Penn Shades Penn Shades is a local window treatment company serving homeowners across the Pittsburgh area. We sell and install custom shades, blinds, and window treatments, and handle window tint and in-house shade manufacturing. As a small, hands-on team, we'll give you real responsibility and a behind-the-scenes look at how a growing local business actually runs — sales, operations, and the trade work that backs it up.
