This position is responsible for the installation, repair, and replacement of glass products in both residential and commercial settings, including windows, doors, mirrors, and shower enclosures. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working with hand and power tools, and takes pride in completing quality work. This role requires strong attention to detail, accurate measurements, safe work practices, and the ability to professionally interact with customers and coworkers while on the job.

Immediate | Local to West Ashley with Daily Travel | Weekly Pay Responsibilities Accurately read a tape measure, take field measurements, and clearly record measurements and job details. Install, repair, remove, and replace glass in windows, doors, shower enclosures, mirrors. Safely handle, transport, position, and install glass and related materials. Review job requirements and ensure installations are completed accurately. Troubleshoot challenges that may arise on the jobsite and work toward practical solutions to complete the job properly. Properly use and maintain common hand tools, power tools, and equipment required for glass installation. Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, coworkers, contractors, and other individuals on the jobsite. Protect customer property and surrounding work areas while completing installations or repairs. Follow all company safety procedures and job site safety requirements. Demonstrate honesty, accountability, dependability, and a willingness to learn and improve. Perform other duties as needed to support daily shop and installation operations. Qualifications Previous glass installation, construction, carpentry, or similar hands-on trade experience is preferred. Must be able to accurately read and use a tape measure. General knowledge of hand and power tools required. Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation and ability to drive company vehicle as necessary. Must be able to safely lift and carry glass, mirrors, doors, tools, and other materials weighing up to 75 pounds. Must be comfortable performing physical work, including lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, standing, and working on your feet for extended periods. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn new installation methods, products, tools, and techniques. Must follow all company policies, procedures, and expectations outlined in the Company Handbook.
