Pay is negotiable! Job Overview The Glass Technician installs, repairs, and replaces residential, commercial and auto glass with a focus on safety, precision, and excellent customer service. You will perform field measurements, handle/transport glass, set hardware and sealants, and ensure all work is installed properly. You will play a vital role in installing and cutting across various projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about craftsmanship and construction, this is the perfect role for you! Responsibilities Use hand tools and operate power tools Open to on-site and on-the job training Fabricate custom glass pieces by cutting, shaping, and polishing according to project specifications. Handle heavy lifting of glass panels and materials. Attention to detail regarding all installations. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly throughout each project phase. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on glass installation or related trades such as carpentry or remodeling. Skilled in using in using hand tools and power tools Experience with fabrication processes, including cutting, shaping, polishing glass or similar materials. Maintenance Person experience or general remodeling background is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within diverse teams on busy construction sites.

From $25.00 per hour
