In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and fabricating glass and shower enclosures with precision and care. Your expertise will ensure that each project meets high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about construction, craftsmanship, and delivering exceptional results in residential or commercial settings. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install glass panels, shower enclosures, mirrors, and related fixtures according to project specifications and blueprints Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform installations, adjustments, and repairs on glass structures Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings to ensure accurate installation processes Fabricate custom glass components in the shop or on-site as needed for specific projects Perform heavy lifting of glass panels and framing materials while adhering to safety protocols Apply caulking, sealants, and trim carpentry techniques to ensure watertight seals and finished appearances Assist with framing, metal stud framing, door hanging, fixture installation, cabinet installation, remodeling projects, and general handyman tasks as required Skills Strong experience with construction estimating and blueprint reading to accurately plan installations Proficiency with hand tools such as drills, saws, levels, clamps, and measuring devices; familiarity with power tools used in construction Knowledge of glass installation techniques including handling tempered glass safely Experience working on construction sites with an understanding of safety standards and protocols Ability to fabricate glass components using schematics and technical drawings Skilled in carpentry trades such as trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, door hanging, and fixture installation Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety awareness Familiarity with remodeling processes including drywall finishing and construction painting Hands-on experience with caulking techniques for waterproofing applications Background in manufacturing or fabrication environments is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to read schematics and technical instructions confidently Strong handyman experience across various trades enhances versatility on the job site Join us if you're eager to build a career where craftsmanship meets innovation!
