As a vital part of our automotive service team, you will be responsible for installing XPEL's high-quality window tint films with attention to detail and safety. Responsibilities Prepare vehicle windows by cleaning and masking surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion of tint films Measure, cut, and install window tint films accurately on various vehicle models Use hand tools and power tools safely to shrink, trim and fit tint materials seamlessly Inspect completed work for quality, ensuring smooth finishes without contamination, bubbles or creases Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such cleaning the car's interior and exterior Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while upholding high standards of craftsmanship Requirements Prior experience and knowledge of Window Tinting all cars for at least 5 years is

Knowledge of window tinting techniques and materials, including hand cutting, shaving edges are high considerations Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance, turning vehicle on accessory mode and or shop mode (tesla) Familiarity with hand tools, heat gun, power tools, XPEL Plotter handling and auto estimating software is a plus Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks throughout the day Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality workmanship Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude This role offers an engaging work environment where your skills directly contribute to customer satisfaction and vehicle enhancement. We are looking for people who have at least 3 years experience with window tinting.
