As a Lead Installer, you'll handle mobile and in-shop auto glass installations while helping maintain quality standards and support the development of our installer team.

Responsibilities:

Perform automotive glass replacements and repairs (windshields, door glass, back glass, etc.) Lead installations from start to finish with a focus on safety and quality Follow proper tool usage, adhesives, and OEM-approved procedures Provide professional customer service on-site and in-shop Assist with training and mentoring installers as the company grows

Qualifications:

Automotive glass installation experience required Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of mobile work and ADAS calibration a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship
