The company's working area covers the Greater Central Texas area. When we do need to work and requires overnight stays, we pay for hotels, per diem and travel time. If you think you might be a good fit on this team, please submit your resume. A lead glazier foreman will be responsible for managing multiple installers through various glazing scopes. They will be expected to maintain productivity among installers by managing materials, daily activities, and planning in advance with office management as well as the general contractor's on-site supervisors. A lead glazier foreman is expected to represent the company in a professional and respectable manner by properly coordinating and communicating issues between the field and office personnel. Additionally, a lead glazier foreman should have sufficient field experience with installing all types of commercial glazing scopes. Layout & fabrication experience is mandatory. Required Installation Experience (5+ years) included but not limited to:

Curtain Wall Storefront Storefront Doors & Hardware Windows Interior Glass Handrail Required Lead Glazier Skills:

Efficiently manage crews of 2 or more installers Read and understand plans and shop drawings Coordinate with project managers and general management Complete daily documentation Properly sequence work Material management Layout / Field Measure Fabrication - when necessary Installation of all glazing scopes Ability to stand, walk and kneel for up to 12 hours per day. Ability to adjust to seasonal temperatures Must have a great attitude and willingness to do what it takes. Must be a team player Must possess a valid unencumbered driver license and able to pass a criminal background check.

Other Requirements:

Must have own tools including cordless drills Must be able to pass drug screening

Requested Certifications:

Forklift certified Fall Protection Scaffold / Swing Stage OSHA 30 hour CPR certified Certifications from any of the storefront/curtain wall manufacturers
