Key Responsibilities Install automotive window tint on a wide range of vehicles. Apply paint protection film (full front, partial and full vehicle applications). Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before and after installation, identifying and addressing any potential issues to ensure optimal application. Handle all customer vehicles with care, ensuring they are returned in the same or better condition than when received. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored and in optimal condition. Adhere to project deadlines, completing installations efficiently while maintaining the highest level of precision and craftsmanship. Collaborate closely with team members to maintain workflow efficiency, uphold service expectations, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in window tint installation. Ability to hand-cut and/or work with pre-cut kits 3+ years of PPF installation experience Experience with automotive detailing, vinyl wrapping, ceramic coatings, or other vehicle surface protection services or a related field preferred but not required. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precise application. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict quality standards. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability when working on different vehicle surfaces and body styles. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with fellow technicians and service advisors. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects while maintaining a team-first mindset.
