Experienced Glazier

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Experienced Glazier to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing glass in a variety of settings, ensuring safety, precision, and quality at every step. Your expertise will contribute to creating visually stunning and functional glass installations that meet project specifications and client expectations. Duties Measure, cut, and install glass panels, windows, doors, and custom glass fixtures with accuracy and attention to detail Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during fabrication and installation processes Perform heavy lifting of glass panels and related materials while adhering to safety protocols Complete caulking, sealing, and trimming to ensure airtight and weatherproof finishes Fabricate custom glass components in the shop or on-site as needed for remodeling or manufacturing projects Install fixtures such as mirrors, shelving, cabinets, and metal or wood framing components Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process to meet safety standards and client specifications Assist with construction site setup, including metal stud framing, drywall work, carpentry tasks like door hanging and trim carpentry Support remodeling projects by performing handyman tasks such as painting, assembly, or minor repairs as required Requirements Proven experience in glass installation within construction or remodeling environments Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics, and fabrication techniques Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., chisels, screwdrivers) and power tools (e.g., drills, saws) safely and efficiently Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper posture and safety standards Experience working on construction sites with adherence to safety protocols Excellent attention to detail for precise measurements and installations Handyman experience or background in remodeling projects is a plus Ability to read technical drawings accurately for fixture installation or cabinetry work Join us as an Experienced Glazier where your craftsmanship will make a real impact!
