Spears Shutters & Shades LLC is looking for an installation helper and installation pro.
Job description:
Install plantation shutters, blinds, shades & drapes and exterior motorized shades and awnings at customers homes Drive from job to job all around Houston Speak to customers and maintain professional decorum Receive onsite training of assembly, installation, and trouble shooting
Requirements:
Ability to read a tape measure Knowledge of power tools Clean back ground Clean driving record Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50 pounds Punctuality and time management Ability to remain professional Comfortable on a high ladder/scaffolding when necessary Pay will start at $15 an hour as an installation helper. Once you can install yourself and run your own route, the raise will be based off of performance of knowledge and skill. Pay will be assessed by knowledge, skill and experience for installation pro.
