Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial window cleaning Perform residential and commercial film installation Assist with window film installation Use ladders, water-fed pole systems, and professional tools Maintain a clean and safe jobsite Follow company processes and safety standards Communicate professionally on job sites Uphold a 5-star, white-glove service standard on every job Deliver top-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service Represent the company with professionalism, energy, and attention to detail Take ownership of your work and contribute to building a strong team culture Develop leadership skills over time as you grow within the company Requirements Strong work ethic and reliability Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Ability to work outdoors in various conditions Positive attitude and willingness to learn Valid driver's license (preferred) Construction or labor experience is a plus Pay & Growth $15
