Job Description

Window Cleaning Technician (Part-Time → Full-Time Opportunity) Marvel Glass Cleaning is hiring a dependable, hardworking technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with a company. Pay & Benefits Training pay: $18/hour Commission pay after training ( $700-$1,000+ per week potential ) Paid holidays (starting Day 1) Opportunities for advancement as we grow
Schedule Part-time:
7:30am - 5:00pm 3 days a week (Flexible Schedule) Opportunity to move into full-time for the right candidate Responsibilities Clean residential and commercial windows (interior & exterior) Use ladders, equipment, and safety procedures Work efficiently with a team Provide professional customer service on-site Requirements Valid driver's license Comfortable working at heights (ladders/roofs) Able to lift and carry equipment Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Traits Enjoys physical, hands-on work Team player with strong work ethic Takes pride in quality results Open to feedback and improvement About Us Marvel Glass Cleaning is a growing company focused on professionalism, strong team culture, and delivering excellent service to every customer.
