Window Treatment Technician We are seeking a professional, punctual, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a blind installer. This position involves traveling to customers' homes to measure windows and install blinds and shades. All incoming work is provided through major home improvement retailers. We do not sell any products—we focus solely on providing high-quality installation services. Excellent customer service is essential, as you will serve as the on-site representative for our retail partners. Clear communication with customers is a key part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive to customer locations Accurately measure windows for blinds/shades Perform professional installation of blinds and shades Communicate clearly and courteously with customers

Job Requirements:

Proficiency with basic hand tools, primarily a drill Ability to safely climb ladders up to 17 feet and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted A reliable vehicle capable of transporting tools, ladders, and boxes Willingness to travel up to 1+ hour in any direction from home base Ability to pass a background check

Additional Information:

Significant driving is required Work areas include Salt Lake and surrounding areas. This is a full time position that is based on the incoming jobs provided by our retailers. Compensation averages between $300-$800 per day, based on the number of jobs completed (e.g., homes measured and blinds installed) This is a contractor position you will be working for us as an independent contractor in a 1099 capacity.
