EXPERIENCED WINDOW TREATMENT INSTALLER

Fashion Windows is looking for an experienced installer who already knows the window covering industry and can confidently install a wide variety of products with minimal training. This is not an entry-level position. We are specifically seeking someone with hands-on experience installing custom window treatments, including motorized products and troubleshooting in the field. We work in some of Utah's most beautiful homes, providing high-end custom shutters, shades, blinds, drapery, and motorized solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES

Install custom shutters, roller shades, honeycomb shades, blinds, drapery, and other window treatments Install and program motorized window coverings, remotes, hubs, and smart home integrations Diagnose and troubleshoot installation and service issues in the field Perform service calls and adjustments as needed Measure and verify product fit when necessary Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, designers, and project managers Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Applicants should have experience installing most or all of the following: ✔ Plantation Shutters ✔ Roller Shades ✔ Honeycomb/Cellular Shades ✔ Wood and Faux Wood Blinds ✔ Drapery Hardware and Treatments ✔ Motorized Window Treatments ✔ Troubleshooting and Service Work Experience with the following motorization systems is a plus: Somfy Hunter Douglas PowerView Bond Bridge Smart home integrations

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 2 years of window treatment installation experience preferred Strong finish carpentry and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional appearance and communication skills Strong attention to detail Comfortable using ladders and power tools Ability to lift and carry products regularly Valid driver's license and clean driving record Dependable and punctual
