Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Tint Installer to join our dynamic automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for professionally applying window tint films to vehicles, enhancing their appearance, privacy, and UV protection. Your expertise will ensure precise installation, adherence to safety standards, and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop specialized skills in automotive customization and repair within a fast-paced environment dedicated to quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities Prepare vehicle windows by cleaning and masking surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion of tint films. Measure and cut window tint materials accurately to fit various vehicle makes and models. Install window tint films using hand tools, and specialized techniques to achieve a smooth, bubble-free finish. Inspect completed work for quality control, ensuring proper alignment and adherence to safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper disposal of waste materials. Assist with related vehicle detailing services. Follow all safety protocols during installation processes and handle heavy lifting of materials with proper technique. Qualifications Prior experience with window tinting, or dealership service is highly preferred. Knowledge of automotive systems such as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) is a plus. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools and power tools for precise work. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures and auto body repair techniques. Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks consistently. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills during installations. Basic auto estimating skills are advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
