Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer / Window & Door Installation Helper! In this energetic role, you'll be an essential part of installing high-quality windows and doors, assisting skilled craftsmen, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your hands-on work will directly contribute to transforming spaces, enhancing homes and commercial buildings with precision and care. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of windows, doors, and related fixtures by preparing materials and supporting the lead installers Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and assemble components according to project specifications Perform heavy lifting of materials such as glass panels, framing components, and cabinetry to support installation tasks Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing tools, and setting up scaffolding or ladders as needed Apply caulking, trim carpentry, and construction painting techniques to finish installations professionally Follow safety protocols consistently to maintain a secure work environment at all times Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in remodeling projects is preferred but not required; we value eagerness to learn! Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, metal stud framing, carpentry, and fixture installation is highly desirable Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working at heights when necessary Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards Join us in building better spaces!
