Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Installer role based in Bellevue, WA. The Installer is responsible for safely and accurately installing bike racks, roof racks, cargo boxes, trailer hitches, truck accessories, and overlanding systems on a wide range of vehicles. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing work orders, preparing tools and parts, performing installations according to manufacturer specifications, and conducting quality checks to confirm proper fit and function. The role also involves interacting with customers to understand their needs, explaining installation details, and providing basic product education and usage guidance. Installers collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety procedures and company standards. Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills with tools, vehicle accessories, and basic automotive systems. Ability to read and follow installation instructions, technical diagrams, and manufacturer specifications. Customer service and communication skills to clearly explain products and installation outcomes. Attention to detail and commitment to safety, including proper use of equipment and adherence to shop protocols. Ability to lift and move vehicle accessories and equipment, and to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods. Reliability in punctuality, time management, and following scheduled work orders in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in automotive, vehicle outfitting, or related installation work is preferred but not required.
